Speaking of health, Carlton Farms is certified organic and Biodynamic® meaning everything we grow and produce meets the highest nutritional and environmental standards. We stay up-to-date with the latest in everything we do while carrying on traditions of an old-school family farm.
We are fortunate to be located in the beautiful and still very rural Endless Mountains region of northeastern PA. Years ago the town of Montrose grew right up to our property line; today we are just a 5-minute walk from downtown making the farm an integral part of the community.
We are highly diversified, growing a wide variety of vegetables, herbs, and fruit in addition to raising bees, and pastured lamb. Diversification like this means we are always learning something new about nature, the land, our animals, our crops, and ourselves.
We also make Fire Tonic, using an old New England formula consisting of raw organic apple cider mulled with onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric, and cayenne. Aged for a minimum of 6 months, our Fire Tonic is chock-a-block with anti-inflammatories and the goodness the ingredients naturally include.
